The Aims which were derived from consultation with the staff during June 2003 are as follows:

* promote the highest standards of achievement and attainment for all pupils of Brookfields School.
* promote the inclusion of pupils within and outside school within challenging and enterprising learning environments.
* promote partnership with parents/guardians, professionals and other agencies for the benefit of pupils and the school.
* promote cultural, spiritual, moral, mental and physical development of pupils.
* promote pupils’ self esteem, tolerance and understanding of others
